How the association handles the personal information of its members.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, suburb and date of birth, and a record of the membership fees you have paid. Date of birth is collected only to confirm eligibility under the constitution.
Why we collect it
To administer your membership, contact you about meetings and notices, and keep the financial records the association is required to keep.
Who can see it
Only the office bearers can see the membership register. We do not sell or share member information with third parties.
Your choices
You can update your details at any time from My membership, or ask the secretary to correct or remove information held about you.
